The town of Rockingham Vermont is found in southwestern Vermont and includes the villages of Bellows Falls and Saxtons River. Rockingham’s most noticeable feature is the Connecticut River, which borders the town and runs within a stone’s throw of most of Rockingham Vermont real estate. Outside of its two villages, Rockingham Vermont is largely rural and dominated by forested land. The Williams River and Saxtons River also run through Rockingham and act as tributaries to the Connecticut River; they are also locations of wonderful waterfront property and homes. Rockingham Vermont real estate is within an hour drive of Okemo Mountain Resort, Bromley Mountain Ski Resort, Ascutney Mountain Resort, Suicide Six Ski Resort, Magic Mountain Ski Resort and Stratton Mountain Ski Resort.
