A full-time real estate sales career that started in 1972 has allowed Jim to participate in every type of real estate marketing and sales. A native Vermonter, Jim’s accomplishments include a BS degree in Business Management from the University of Vermont, an honorable discharge as a Captain of Infantry from the U. S. Army, the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CBR (Certified Buyers Representative), Realtor designations and the 1986 Realtor of the Year Award for extensive work for the Rutland County Board of Realtors. Jim’s dedication to honesty and ethics and his belief in service to clients has been the cornerstone of his success in real estate.
