Patsy is a native of this area. She graduated from Mount St. Joseph Academy and Rutland Business College. She owned and operated her own upholstery and custom drapery business for many years. She spent nine years as a lister and twelve years as Zoning Administrator for the Town of Castleton. These experiences have made her very knowledgeable about the Castleton and Lake Bomoseen areas. Patsy is a member of the Fair Haven Rotary. She and her husband, Gene, live in Castleton. They have three children and three grandchildren.
