With its museums, shops, and art galleries, Grafton Vermont is the great Vermont town to call home. The Saxton River rambles through the downtown, spanned by many a bridge, including two historic covered bridges, the Kidder Hill and MacMillan. Many of Grafton’s old, historic buildings have been restored and are available as primary residences. The local Windham Foundation is a non profit organization devoted to the continued restoration of the town’s historic buildings and sites, and plays a large role in the economic vitality of this picturesque Vermont town.
